Spring/Summer 2019 Registration

Registration is open!

This year’s Spring and Summer skills program will again place emphasis on skill development and inter-club competition.  The focus will be on developing the core skills, habits and concepts necessary to be successful on the ice. Coaches will work on specific skills for Forwards and Defenseman and divide forwards and defense to work on skills for each.

Skill development will be in the form of high-speed, high-intensity station-based training from multiple coaches embracing repetition as the single most powerful tool one has to improve.  The goal is to have all players remain active while developing skills, making corrections through repetition, and increasing awareness/concentration through constant movement.

The Spring skills program consists of six (6), 90 minute sessions over 7 weeks.  The Summer skills program consists of four (4), 90 minute sessions over a single week.

The program is intended for all hockey players with previous experience and has no implications for 2019-2020 team placement.
